Refund policy
At EPL Kit Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., jerseys with custom names/numbers).

Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear.

Final sale items (if applicable, will be marked at purchase).
Return Process:

Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Ship the return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
